Earlier design was a simple cylindrical one which was there in market for decades or so and was having a strong equity associated with Brand Identity, Packaging Shape and colour tonality. This Brand in Kenya is as good as Nivea in India. We were not having that much of liberty to change the shape drastically, but we took up these challenges to innovate in small details, combination of textures and colours, small character lines to have good packaging identity unique and ownable by the brand.  We did the project for Packaging Structure Design for multiple sizes (SKUs) and Packaging Graphics Design for all SKUs with multiple variants.
