OVERVIEW:
This was a very complex project and long stretched. We started with a brief of simple locking mechanism which changed to sophisticated spring-loaded hinge which made the product design very much challenging which asked for several round of 3D engineering and Rapid Prototyping. We did the complete design with engineering model and supported for all rounds of Rapid Prototyping and design refinements till the time R&D took over the design for production and assembly.
